      总结一例重度肺动脉高压妊娠患者在ECMO支持下终止妊娠的护理经验,护理要点包括:组建多学科团队,确保产时安全；肺动脉高压危象的急救护理；做好产后容量管理,避免心力衰竭；出血和血栓的平衡管理；感染的预防及护理；实施早期运动训练,促进快速康复；给予个体化心理护理,帮助患者走出负性情绪。经过16天的精心救治和护理,患者心功能好转出院。
英文摘要:
      The nursing experience of termination of pregnancy under ECMO support in a pregnant patient with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension is summarised. The main points of nursing care include: form a multidisciplinary team to ensure intrapartum safety; provide emergency care for pulmonary hypertension crisis; implement postpartum volume management to prevent heart failure; balance hemorrhage and thrombosis control; prevent and manage infections; conduct early mobilization training to promote rapid recovery; and deliver personalized psychological care to help the patient overcome negative emotions. After 16 days of intensive treatment and care, the patient was discharged with improved cardiac function.
