      摘要：目的 对晨僵评估量表（MSAS）进行汉化及信效度检验。 方法 遵循Brislin翻译模型对MSAS进行翻译、跨文化调试形成中文版MSAS，选取2024年2－8月在宜春市某三级甲等医院和二级甲等医院在风湿免疫科住院或在门诊接受治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者324例为研究对象，评估中文版晨僵评估量表信效度。结果 中文版晨僵评估量表共10个条目。量表Cronbach's α为0.808，重测信度为0.802。中文版MSAS内容效度指数为0.90，条目内容效度指数为0.96～1.00。结论 中文版MSAS具有良好的信效度，可作为我国评估类风湿性关节炎晨僵的一种有效且可靠的测量工具。
英文摘要:
      Objective To translate the English version of the Morning Stiffness Assessment Scale (MSAS) into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Following Brislin’s translation model, the English MSAS was forward-translated, synthesised, back-translated and cross-culturally adapted to produce the Chinese MSAS. A convenience sample of 324 RA patients completed the questionnaire. Internal consistency, test–retest reliability, content validity index (CVI) and item-level CVI (I-CVI) were evaluated. Results The Chinese MSAS comprises 10 items. Cronbach’s α was 0.808 and the test–retest intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.802. The scale-level CVI (S-CVI) was 0.90 and I-CVI ranged from 0.96 to 1.00. Conclusion The Chinese MSAS demonstrates satisfactory reliability and validity, and can be used as a brief, psychometrically sound instrument for assessing morning stiffness in Chinese RA patients.
