在突发公共卫生事件和灾害中,儿童医疗服务面临显著的语言障碍问题,这不仅影响了医疗效率,还可能对儿童的健康产生长期影响。应急语言服务在儿童医疗中的特殊性与必要性日益凸显。本综述旨在整合语言学、医学和应急管理等多学科的研究,系统探讨“儿童医疗”与“应急语言服务”交叉领域的机遇与挑战。研究发现,儿童语言能力的年龄分层特征、应激状态下的沟通障碍以及技术与伦理的冲突,共同构成了该领域的主要挑战。同时,政策支持和技术创新为儿童医疗应急语言服务的发展提供了新的机遇。本研究首次系统地探讨了这一交叉领域,提出了针对性的建议与展望,以期为提升儿童医疗服务质量和全球健康公平提供理论支持和实践指导。

英文摘要:

In public health emergencies and disasters, language barriers significantly impact pediatric medical services, affecting medical efficiency and potentially having long-term health consequences for children. The specificity and necessity of emergency language services in pediatric care have become increasingly evident. This review aims to integrate research from linguistics, medicine, and emergency management to systematically explore the opportunities and challenges in the intersection of "pediatric care" and "emergency language services." The study finds that age-related language characteristics, communication obstacles under stress, and conflicts between technology and ethics collectively pose the main challenges in this field. Meanwhile, policy support and technological innovation offer new opportunities for the development of pediatric emergency language services. This research, for the first time, systematically explores this interdisciplinary area, proposing targeted suggestions and prospects to enhance the quality of pediatric medical services and global health equity.
