      目的 检索、评价和整合老年髋部骨折术后谵妄患者非药物干预的最佳证据,为临床护理实践提供循证依据。方法 按照“6S”证据金字塔模型,通过检索国内外数据库及专业网站中关于老年髋部骨折术后谵妄干预的相关证据。结果 共纳入文献14篇,包括2篇临床决策、2篇证据总结、3篇指南、1篇专家共识、4篇系统评价和2篇随机对照试验,从评估与监测、多学科管理、非药物预防、健康教育、教育培训5个维度31个条目总结了老年髋部骨折术后谵妄非药物干预策略。结论 总结目前关于老年髋部骨折术后谵妄非药物干预的最佳证据,为后续的实证研究奠定理论基础,以降低老年髋部骨折术后谵妄的发生率,促进术后康复。
英文摘要:
      Objective To retrieve, evaluate, and integrate the best evidence on non-pharmacological interventions for postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fractures, providing an evidence-based foundation for clinical nursing practice. Methods Following the "6S" evidence pyramid model, relevant evidence on interventions for postoperative delirium in elderly hip fracture patients was retrieved from domestic and international databases and professional websites. Results A total of 14 articles were included, comprising 2 clinical decisions, 2 evidence summaries, 3 guidelines, 1 expert consensus, 4 systematic reviews, and 2 randomized controlled trials. Non-pharmacological intervention strategies for postoperative delirium in elderly hip fracture patients were summarized across 5 dimensions (assessment and monitoring, multidisciplinary management, non-pharmacological interventions, health education, and training) and 31 items. Conclusion The study summarizes the current best evidence on non-pharmacological interventions for postoperative delirium in elderly hip fracture patients, laying a theoretical foundation for future empirical research to reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium and promoting postoperative recovery.
