| 目的 探讨肺癌患者术后居家自我管理方案在老年人群中的应用效果,为老年肺癌患者居家康复提供参考。方法 选取2024年10月-2024年11月上海市某三级甲等医院收治的90例老年肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组(各45例),试验组实施居家自我管理指导方案,对照组实施常规护理,干预时间12周。比较两组老年肺癌患者的自我管理水平、症状发生的严重程度及生活质量水平。结果 干预后4周和12周试验组患者的自我管理水平和生活质量均高于对照组(p＜0.05),试验组患者的症状严重程度低于对照组(p＜0.05)。结论 实施老年肺癌患者术后居家自我管理指导方案有助于提高老年患者的自我管理水平,缓解症状发生的严重程度以及提高生活质量,帮助患者居家康复。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of a home-based self-management guidance program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery, in order to provide reference for home rehabilitation among this population. Methods: A total of 90 elderly lung cancer patients who underwent surgery were selected from a Grade A tertiary hospital in Shanghai between October 2024 and November 2024. Participants were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group (45 patients each). The experimental group received a 12-week home-based self-management intervention, while the control group received routine postoperative care. Outcomes including self-management level, severity of symptoms, and quality of life were compared between the two groups at 4 weeks and 12 weeks after intervention. Results: At both 4 weeks and 12 weeks post-intervention, the experimental group showed significantly higher levels of self-management and quality of life compared to the control group (p<0.05). In addition, the severity of symptoms was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion: Implementing a home-based self-management guidance program for elderly patients after lung cancer surgery can effectively improve their self-management abilities, alleviate symptom severity, and enhance quality of life, thereby facilitating successful home rehabilitation. |
