      目的 系统整合护生对生成式人工智能（GAI）应用体验的质性研究，为制订有针对性的GAI教育与应用策略提供参考。方法 检索中英文数据库中从建库至2025年8月收录的关于护生对GAI应用体验的质性研究。依据JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评定文献质量，采用汇集性整合方法对结果进行归纳与整合。结果 共纳入17篇文献，提炼68个结果，归纳为18个类别，最终形成4个整合结果：护生态度与使用差异，护生对GAI辅助价值的认可，GAI应用面临的现实挑战，护生在GAI应用中的需求与期望。结论 护生普遍认可GAI的辅助价值，但其应用仍面临可靠性、伦理及教育公平等多重挑战。教育者应系统构建GAI培训体系，完善使用规范与伦理指南，推动“人机协同”的护理教育与实践模式发展。
英文摘要:
      Objective To systematically synthesize qualitative research on nursing students'' experiences with generative AI (GAI) applications, providing evidence for developing targeted GAI education and application strategies. Methods Qualitative studies on nursing students'' experiences with GAI applications were retrieved from Chinese and English databases from their inception to August 2025. Literature quality was assessed using the JBI Evidence-Based Healthcare Centre''s qualitative research quality evaluation criteria. Results were synthesized and integrated using a meta-synthesis approach. Results Seventeen studies were included, yielding 68 findings categorized into 18 themes, ultimately forming four integrated outcomes: variations in nursing students'' attitudes and usage patterns; recognition of AI''s auxiliary value; practical challenges in AI implementation; and students'' needs and expectations regarding AI applications. Conclusion Nursing students broadly acknowledge AI''s auxiliary value, yet its application faces multiple challenges including reliability, ethics, and educational equity. Educators should systematically develop training frameworks for GAI, refine usage protocols and ethical guidelines, and advance “human-machine collaboration” models in nursing education and practice.
