      上海市护理学会于2024年05月发布了《妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者的综合消肿疗法》团体标准,规范了妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者综合消肿疗法的内容和要求,包括手法淋巴引流、压力治疗、功能锻炼和皮肤护理。文章对标准中给出的建议进行解读,以期帮助各级各类医疗机构的医护人员及康复技师更好地理解并应用该标准。
英文摘要:
      In May 2024, the Shanghai Nursing Association issued the association standard complete decongestive therapy for patients with lower extremity lymphedema after treatment of gynecological cancer, which standardized the contents and requirements for administering complete decongestive therapy to patients experiencing lower extremity lymphedema post-gynecological cancer treatment. The standard encompasses guidelines on manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, exercise, and skin care. This article provides an interpretation of the recommendations outlined in the standard, aiming to assist nurses and rehabilitation technicians across various medical institutions in comprehending and implementing the standard.
