      2024年1月，德国糖尿病学会（DDG）发布了《DDG临床实践指南：2型糖尿病患者的饮食建议》，旨在为2型糖尿病患者的饮食管理提供科学的指导，以帮助其实现更好的血糖控制、体重管理和整体健康。本文围绕指南内容，分别对《指南》概述和《指南》中2型糖尿病患者饮食建议进行重点解读，并且进行思考与总结，以期帮助护理人员更好地理解和应用指南，促进2型糖尿病患者规范化的饮食管理。
英文摘要:
      In January 2024, the German Diabetes Gesellschaft (DDG) publishedthe DDG Clinical Practice Guidelines: Dietary Recommendations for Persons wi-th Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus , aiming to provide scientific guidance on the die-tary management of persons with type 2 diabetes mellitus to help them achiev-e better glycemic control, weight management and overall health.This article f-ocused on the content of the guidelines, providing a detailed interpretation of b-oth the overview of the "Guidelines" and the dietary recommendations for pati-ents with type 2 diabetes.It also offered reflection and summary, aiming to ass-ist nursing staff in better understanding and application of the guidelines,prom-oting standardized dietary management for patients with type 2 diabetes.
