| 【】 目的 总结2012年1～6月我院传染科收治住院的麻疹合并肺炎患儿的临床表现及相关护理方法,为临床麻疹病例提供护理依据。 方法 收集2012年1～6月确诊麻疹合并肺炎住院患儿的临床资料,统计患儿的一般情况,临床表现,回顾性分析并总结其预防及护理措施。 结果 131例患儿均有发热,全身斑丘疹和咳嗽等症状。体温38.5～40.6℃,平均热程7.6天；典型皮疹125例(95.4%)；麻疹IgM( ) 100%；痰培养细菌阳性91例(69.5%)；呼吸道病毒检测：腺病毒3例2.29%,副流感病毒6例4.58%。131例患儿(100%)均治愈或好转出院,危重症2例,平均住院天数4.76天,发病年龄3M～7Y,其中<8M 68例,≥8M 63例。结论 科学规范的护理可以促进麻疹合并肺炎患儿的康复；加强预防接种是控制婴儿麻疹的根本措施。 |

| 【】 Purpose summary the symptom and methods of nursing care about the 131 measles with pneumonia cases in our department of infectious diseases ,provided the basis of nursing care about measles with pneumonia cases. Method collect the materials of measles with pneumonia cases in January to July in 2012. Result 131 measles with pneumonia cases all appeared symptom with high fever，generalized maculopapular rash and cough. Average length of stay in hospital goes 4.76 days and ages of onset between 3months to 7 years old. No dead cases. Conclusion scientific nursing care can promote measles with pneumonia patients get well；Strengthen vaccinate is the radical step to control infancy measles. |
