| 【】 目的 分析生物节律模式护理对糖尿病足患者遵医行为的影响。方法 采用随机、单盲、对照的方法观察糖尿病足Ⅱ级患者300例,随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,2组基础治疗(药物治疗、创面处理)相同,对照组在基础治疗上,运用传统护理方法；观察组在基础治疗上,按人体生物节律,对糖尿病足患者实施以行为能力和操作技术培训为主的综合干预措施。 结果 观察组在饮食疗法、运动疗法和足部护理方面的遵医行为均明显优于对照组(P ＜0.01),在药物疗法方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论 利用生物节律模式的糖尿病足综合护理干预措施,对提高患者遵医行为效果明显。 |

| Objective: Analysis based on biological rhythms of the comprehensive nursing intervention diabetic foot medication adherence influence..Method: Select our January 2009 vascular families on 2010 on December admission to the diabetes foot patients, a randomized, controlled single-blind and the method of observation, Ⅱ diabetes foot level, of which 300 cases of patients with observation group 150 cases and control 150 cases, two groups of basic therapy (drug therapy, wound treatment) identical, the observation group: in the foundation treatment, according to the human body biological rhythms, patients with diabetes foot is conducted to behavior ability and operation technology training primarily comprehensive interventions; Based on the contrast group:, using traditional care treatment method for care. Results: The observation group in the diet, exercise therapy and foot care compliance obviously better than the control group (P < 0.01), drug therapy, two groups of no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Use based on the biological rhythm of diabetic foot comprehensive nursing intervention measures to improve patients, holistic nursing of compliance effect is obvious. |
