| 目的: 通过以生物节律模式为基础的综合干预措施研究糖尿病足的护理疗效。方法: 选择2009～2010年住院的糖尿病足患者300例,采用随机、单盲、对照的方法,对照组 运用传统护理方法；实验组 按生物节律模式对糖尿病足患者实施护理综合干预措施。结果: 分别于干预后1个月、2个月、3个月比较2组患者遵医行为的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～P<0.01),比较2组患者生存质量的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),比较2组患者创面治疗有效率的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 结论: 运用以生物节律模式为基础的护理综合干预措施能有效增加患者的遵医行为,改善患者的生存质量,对延缓疾病进展,提高创面治疗效果有积极的经济和社会效益。 |

| Objective: By biological rhythm pattern based comprehensive intervention measures to study the nursing efficacy of diabetic foot. Methods: Choice in 2009 ~ 2010 hospitalization of 300 patients with diabetic foot were randomized, single-blind, controlled method is adopted, the control group with traditional nursing methods; The experimental group according to the biological rhythm mode to implement comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot. Results: n January after intervention respectively February, march two groups of patients to observe the behavior of the recognition and the accuracy of the operation has a significant difference (p < 0.05), observe both groups of patients survival quality test have significant difference (p < 0.05), Observation 2 groups of patients was wound treatment efficient have statistical significance (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Using biological rhythms based comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively increase the behavior of patients on awareness and operation of the initiative, accuracy; Improve the life quality of patients, prevent or reduce foot disease incidence and amputation rate, to delay progression of disease, improve the treatment effect, reduce blood glucose will play a positive economic and social benefits. |
