| 目的：研究PICU患儿家庭需求及需求满足程度,分析影响需求度及满足程度的相关因素,比较患儿家庭需求与护士认知间的差异,提出相关护理干预及措施,为完善PICU访视、接待制度,探索设立专科护士岗位,减少医患及护患纠纷、贯彻“以家庭为中心”的护理,提高患儿及家庭的满意度提供临床依据。 |

| Objective: to study the children PICU family demand and demand satisfaction, analyzed the demand and satisfaction degree of related factors, compared with domestic demand and nurses cognitive differences, and puts forward the related nursing intervention and measures, to improve PICU supervision, reception system, explore the establishment of specialized nurses job, decrease medical and guard had disputes, implements to the family as the center "the care, improve the satisfaction of children and families to provide clinical evidence. |
