| 目的 为提高经皮肾镜取石术后护理质量,总结经皮肾镜取石术(Percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PNL)术后并发症护理的方法。方法 本研究回顾性分析我院2010年-2012年间行78例PNL术,患者的一般情况及结石情况,男性60例,女性18例,年龄35～65岁,结石大小情况为2.0?0.8cm。观察其术后出血、感染、漏尿、等并发症,并予以相应的及时处理及其健康指导。结果 出血71例,经夹管后静脉运用止血药缓解；感染4例,静脉抗炎治疗后缓解；肾造瘘管周围漏尿2例,予以生理盐水低压少量冲洗后,肾造瘘管通畅,漏尿好转；肾周积液2例,待肾造瘘管堵塞解决后自行吸收缓解。最终78例患者中74例拔管康复出院,4例带管出院,等待行Ⅱ期PNL。结论 通过密切对术后患者主诉及体征的倾听及观察,及时发现感染、出血、漏尿等并发症的发生,及时通知医生给予相对应的处理,大大降低并发症的发生,加速康复。 |

| Percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy postoperative complications nursing experience (Shanghai Huashan Hospital, Shanghai 200040)#$NLYin Qiuping#$NL: Objective To improve the percutaneous nephrolithotomy stone postoperative care quality, summarizes the methods of percutaneous nephrolithotomy PCNL (Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, PNL) postoperative complications of care. Methods This study retrospectively analyzed line 78 cases PNL surgery in our hospital between 2010 -2012, the patient"s general condition and stones, male 60 cases, 18 females, aged 35 to 65 years of age, stone size situation to 2.0 ± 0.8cm. The observed postoperative bleeding, infection, leakage of urine, and other complications, and timely processing its health guidance. Results Bleeding results of 71 cases, intravenous use of hemostatic remission by pinch; infection in 4 cases, intravenous anti-inflammatory therapy after remission; small amount of flushing, renal fistula patency nephrostomy fistula around the leakage of urine two cases to be saline low pressure, urine leakage improved; perirenal effusion in 2 cases, until the nephrostomy the fistula plug the settlement self-absorbed ease. The final 78 patients, 74 cases of extubation recovered and discharged from hospital, four cases with pipe discharged, waiting for the line II period PNL. Conclusions Through close of postoperative patients complained of and signs to listen and observe, discover the complications of infection, bleeding, urine leakage occurred promptly notify the doctor to give the corresponding processing, greatly reduce the incidence of complications, and speed up recovery. |
