| 脑卒中是老年人常见病、多发病。压疮是脑卒中患者易于发生又极难治愈的并发症之一，压疮一旦发生不仅加重了患者的病情，增加了护理人员的工作量，而且延长住院时间，增加医疗费用，给社会及家庭带来沉重的经济负担。所以，有效的预防脑卒中患者压疮的发生和对压疮的积极治疗护理，对提高患者生活质量，降低病死率，减轻社会及家庭经济负担，减轻护理人员工作量，显得尤为重要。本研究是对脑卒中患者压疮的预防及护理进展进行综述。 |

| Stroke is a common disease of the elderly. Pressure sores are prone to stroke patients and extremely difficult to treat complication of pressure sores in the event of not only aggravate the patient's condition, increasing the workload of nursing staff, and prolonged hospitalization, increased medical costs to society and family a heavy financial burden. Therefore, the effective prevention of stroke in patients with pressure ulcers and pressure sores occurring active treatment and care, to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce mortality, reduce the social and economic burden of the family, reduce nursing workload is particularly important. In this study, patients with stroke prevention and care of pressure ulcers progress are reviewed. |
