| 目的 希望能够为进一步优化这类患者的临床护理措施和管理，使“三无”患者也能够重新获得社会、家庭的关爱和温暖，为其撑起一片公益的蓝天。方法 本文通过研究临床急诊科“三无”患者的管理现状，分析“三无”患者护理工作中存在的问题，并提出相应的护理措施的探讨。结果 加强“三无”患者护理安全管理，切实落实患者的生活护理，不断完善病史资料收集及护理文件书写，妥善保管患者的物品。结论 在急诊科“三无”患者护理中应将将患者的生命放在首位”，使其能够得到及时合理的处置，从小爱出发，从精神和行动上帮助他们。 |

| Objective Hope to be able to further optimize the clinical nursing measures and management of these patients, the "three noes" patients to regain the social, family love and warmth, to hold a public blue sky.
