| 【】 目的了解我院ICU患者意外拔管现况。方法 调查2012年7月-8月在我院ICU的患者,自行设计表格,内容包括患者性别,年龄,诊断(普外科,口腔科,骨科,其他科室),住院天数,导管留置(深静脉埋管,导尿管,鼻插管,气切套管,胃管,动脉埋管,引流管),镇静药的使用(思瑞康,再普乐,丙泊酚),约束带的使用。 结果 在100名ICU患者中,其中拔管患者6例,(深静脉埋管 1例,导尿管1例,鼻插管2例,胃管1例,引流管1例)不同疾病意外拔管发生情况无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同药物意外拔管发生情况有统计学差异(P<0.05) 结论针对意外拔管较高发生率的现状,医护人员应加强患者宣教,做好患者的心理护理,同时提高自身的业务水平,从而减少意外拔管的发生。 |

| Objective: To understand the present of unexpected extubation of ICU patients in our hospital. Method: ICU patients was investigated with self-design questionnaire from July to August in 2012, including gender, age, diagnosis, hospitalization days, the catheter indwelling (deep vein buried tube, catheter, nasal intubation and tracheostomy tube, gastric tube, artery buried pipe, drainage pipe), the use of sedatives (Seroquel, Olanzapine, propofol)and the application of restraint strap . Results:The result of this suvery showed that 6 of 100 cases extubated with unexpection,including deep vein buried tube, catheter, nasal intubation, gastric tube, drainage)。It is no statistical difference (P > 0.05)in the different disease,However it is signifficantly difference in the different drugs (P < 0.05). conclusion: Nurses should enhance propaganda |
