| 目的 通过数字化建设改变护理工作流程,提高工作效率。方法 结合医院的具体实践,对传统工作流程与数字化建设后的工作流程进行对比、分析。结果 通过数字化建设提高了工作效率,降低护理不良事件,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 通过数字化建设优化工作流程,提高工作效率,降低护理不良事件,提高病人满意度。 |

| objective To change the nursing work process through the digital construction and to improve work efficiency. Methods Combining with specific practice of hospital, to compare and analysis the difference between the traditional work flow and work flow of digital construction.Result Through digital construction, we improved the efficiency of working and reduced nursing adverse events, all of which the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Through the digital construction, we arrived the satisfactory results, such as optimizing work process, improving work efficiency, reducing the nursing adverse events and improving patient satisfaction. |
