| 摘要:吞咽困难是脑梗死的常见临床症状和并发症，常规的摄食训练能改善患者的吞咽功能，因不同的吞咽部位受损同样会造成吞咽困难。本研究旨在探讨针对不同吞咽部位受损，进行吞咽部位康复训练会对脑梗死后发生吞咽困难患者的效果影响。目的 探讨针对吞咽部位进行针对训练对脑梗死患者吞咽困难的康复效果。方法 通过对比传统康复训练方法和针对康复训练方法对脑梗死患者吞咽困难的康复效果，选取符合标准的病人60名随机分成两组，每组30例.干预组接受针对训练，对照组接受传统训练，采用洼田饮水评分评价病人吞咽困难恢复情况。结果 干预组与对照组相比，在超早期吞咽功能明显改善，洼田饮水评分差异有显著性。结论 干预组比对照组在超早期有效。因此，早期进行针对病变部位的康复训练，效果优于传统康复训练，可以进一步提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract Dysphagia is a common clinical symptoms and complications of cerebral infarction . Because of deglutitive organs in different damage can also cause dysphagia. Traditional training can improve swallowing function of patients. Our purpose of the research is to evaluate the effect of targeted training to dysphagia in patients with cerebral infarction by contrasting the traditional training methods and the targeted training methods. Aim Discuss the effect of targeted training to dysphagia in patients with cerebral infarction method We selected 60 qualified patients and randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group received the targeted training, the control group received the traditional training, according to Water swallow test score to evaluate the rehabilitation effect of dysphagia in patients with cerebral infarction. Result In research ,the effect of the experimental group better than the control group in the short term. Conclusion The experimental group are more effective than the control group in the short term. It turns out that the early targeted training is more effective than traditional training, and it can further improved the patient's quality of life. |
