| 【】S 目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在慢性难愈性创面治疗中的疗效观察及护理方法。方法：对本科2012年1月～2012年12月期间32例患者其中开放性骨折合并软皮肤组织缺损伤12例,皮肤套脱伤4例,褥疮3例,软组织缺损不愈9例,糖尿病足4例。。均在清洁创面后行VSD负压封闭引流术。结果：拆除负压引流装置后,创面均见大量新鲜肉芽组织生长,创面范围缩小及至愈合未发生并发症。结论：负压封闭引流技术在慢性难愈性创面治疗中效果显著,明显减少了换药次数,提高了治愈率,值得临床广泛应用。#$NL【关键词】S 负压封闭引流术SS 护理体会 |

| Objective: To study the Curative effect observation and nursing With vacuum sealing drainage for the patient with Chronic refractory wounds method: thirty-two cases for vacuum sealing drainage with Chronic refractory wounds Results: There are massive fresh Granulation tissue after vacuum sealing drainage .the injured scope is reduced and no complications are observed.Conclusion:The effect of vacuum sealing drainage is to be more remarkable in the chronic refractory wound treatment, has reduced obviously the trading times, raised the rate of recovery. |
