| 目的：探索在“院校结合”培养管理模式下打造“双师型”中医护理教学团队,培养符合现代教育所需的教育人才。方法：选择2012-2013年度护理专、兼职教师14人为试验组,采用“院校结合”培养管理模式；选择2011-2012年度护理专、兼职教师14人为对照组,采用学校、医院分别培养管理模式。通过学生评教、教师互评及教学督导组对两组教师的综合评价进行对比。结果：学生评教、教师互评及督导组评价三组试验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：“院校结合”培养管理模式有利于打造“双师型”中医护理教学团队。 |

| Objective: To explore the "College" combination of training management mode to create the "double-type" traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching team, training with the modern education required education. Methods: 2012-2013 annual nursing college, 14 part-time teachers for test group, using "training management mode of the combination of" College; choose 2011-2012 annual nursing college, part-time teachers and 14 controls, the school, hospital culture management mode. The student evaluation of teaching, teachers and teaching supervision group comprehensive evaluation of two groups of teachers were compared. Results: student evaluation of teaching, teachers and the steering group of the three groups were the experimental group and the control group had significant difference (P<0.05).
