| 【】目的：了解上海三级甲等综合性医院老年病科护士对职业核心能力的认知情况。方法：通过查阅文献、专家咨询筛选30个用以评价上海三级甲等综合性医院老年病科护士核心能力的指标,包括自身基本能力、基础临床护理能力、核心知识能力、老年专科临床护理能力和教育能力五大方面。用Likert5点量表形式对上海5家三级甲等综合性医院的126名在老年病科工作1年及以上的护士进行问卷调查。结果：被调查者普遍认为其中的28项指标是重要的；不同年龄护士在英语能力、创新意识、科研能力、了解康复/伦理/法律等相关知识能力、护理老年患者并发症和合并症的能力、借鉴国际老年专科护理模式并运用的能力六方面重要性认识存在差异(P<0.05)结论：上海三级甲等综合性医院老年病科护士对所筛选的30项职业核心能力的认知基本无差异,此30项能力可以为今后培养、选拔老年病科护士提供一定的客观依据。 |

| 【】Objective: To survey the awareness of the core capability of Geriatric Nurses in Class III-A hospitals in Shanghai. Method: 30 items of indices were selected for evaluating the core capability of Geriatric Nurses through references analysis and expert consultation. Five aspects are included in the dimensionality of the evaluation: the basic ability, basic clinical nursing ability, core knowledge, geriatric clinical nursing ability and education ability. 126 nurses who have been working in the department of geriatrics in 5 Class III-A hospitals in Shanghai for more than 1 year were investigated by filling out Likert five - point scale. Result: Interviewees generally thought that 28 items in the indices were important. There were some different opinions among the nurses of different ages in six items: the ability of English, sense of innovation, research ability, understanding of rehabilitation/ethics/legal and other related knowledge, the ability of nursing complications in elderly patients and the ability of drawing on international elderly care (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nurses, who have been working in the department of geriatrics in Class III-A hospitals in Shanghai, have the same opinions on the 30 items. The 30 items evaluation indices can serve as a basis for cultivating and selecting Geriatric Nurses inthe future. |
