| 目的 通过专家咨询法确定分娩前综合评估指标及内容,为分娩时正确评估产妇情况以及选择合适的会阴保护方式提供参考依据。方法 选取上海市、杭州市四家医院助产士为参与讨论的15位专家,其中两家为三级甲等专科医院,一家为三级甲等医院,一家为二级甲等专科医院,采用函询法对专家进行2轮咨询,内容包括分娩时产妇综合评估指标及内容。 结果 第1轮专家咨询的应答率为93%,第2轮专家咨询应答率为100%,专家的权威程度Cr=0.950,变异系数＜0.5%的指标占93%,最终确定的分娩时产妇综合评估指标与内容由5项一级指标,11项二级指标,30项3级指标构成。结论 采用专家咨询法研究分娩时产妇综合评估指标及内容,为助产时如何综合的评估产妇情况,正确地应用保护方式,合理地使用会阴切开术提供了依据,也为最终建立临床会阴切开术的指证奠定了基础。 |

| Objective To determine the factors and contents of comprehensive assessment of maternal childbirth by expert consultation. Methods experts from the 3 Grade of first-class maternity hospitals and a 2 Grade of first-class maternity hospital were selected as experts to participate in the two rounds of discussion by letters of inquiry. Results The response rate of the first round was 93%, the second one was 100%.the specialist authority coefficient was Cr=0.950.the indexes with variation coefficient below 0.5 occupied 93%.Finally the factors and contents of comprehensive assessment of maternal childbirth were determined, which included 5 first-class indicators,11 Second-class indicators and 30 third-class indicators. Conclusion Theoretical indicators were constructed in this study, which not only provided a basis for scientific clinical application, but also laid the foundation for the eventual establishment of clinical indicators. |
