| 目的 探讨特需门诊构建“并列-互补型”医护模式对改善医护关系,提高医疗护理质量的效果。方法 制定具体实施方案,如采用“一医一护”固定搭配工作模式,改善医护工作环境,健全科室管理制度,加强科室业务学习等。 结果 医护有效沟通,激发医护人员对工作的信心和热情,充分调动护士的积极性、主动性和创造性；使整个医疗环境和谐、平等、互助；同时提高了特需门诊的医疗质量,为患者提供了高品质的人文关怀和护理服务。结论 “并列-互补型” 医护模式改善了医护关系,推动医疗质量的进步,是特需门诊发展的新要求、新期待。 |

| Objective to explore the relations of special consultation clinic parallel-complementary medical model to improve the effect of the quality of medical care. Methods Formulate specific implementation methods, such as using "a medical care" fixed collocation work mode, improving the health care work environment, pefecting management system, strengthening the business department to learn, etc. Results medical effective communication, confidence and enthusiasm to the work, motivate staff to fully arouse the enthusiasm of nurses, initiative and creativity; Make whole medical environment harmony, equality, and mutual assistance; At the same time improve the medical quality of special consultation clinic, provideing the high quality of humanistic care for patients and care services. Conclusion parallel - complementary medical model improved the medical relations,and promoted the progress of medical quality, is a new request, new look forward to the development of the special consultation clinic. |
