| 【】目的 探讨在不同胃食管反流病((gastro-esophageal reflux disease,GERD)症状患者食管24h阻抗-PH监测中术前行为学护理干预的重要性。方法 将伴有不同GERD症状的患者共320例,随机分为行为学护理干预组和非行为学护理干预组。通过观察比较各组患者24h阻抗-PH监测的完成情况,探讨术前行为学护理干预在不同GERD症状患者24h阻抗-PH监测完成中的重要性。结果 食管外GERD症状患者其24h阻抗-PH监测的成功率较食管症状患者均显著减低。食管症状患者24h阻抗-PH监测成功率在两组间无显著差异,然而食管外GERD症状患者24h阻抗-PH监测的成功率在行为学护理干预组较非行为学护理干预组显著提高。结论 食管外GERD症状患者其24h阻抗-PH监测的成功率较食管症状患者显著减低,术前行为学护理干预在改善食管外GERD症状患者其24h阻抗-PH监测的成功率中起着重要的作用。 |

| 【】Objective To explore the Simportance of preoperative behavioral nursing intervention on 24h impedance-pH monitoring in patients with different gastroesophageal reflux disease(GRED) symptoms. Methods Randomly divide 320 patients with different GERD symptoms into behavioralSnursing intervention groupSand nonSbehavioralSnursing intervention group. Observe the results of esophageal manometry and 24-h impedance-PH monitoring. Analyze theSimportance of preoperative behavioral nursing intervention on 24h impedance-pH monitoring in patients with different GRED symptoms. Results TheSsuccess rate of 24hSimpedance-PH monitoringSinSextraesophageal symptomsSpatients was significantly decreased compared with esophageal symptoms patients. Between behavioralSnursing intervention groupSand nonSbehavioralSnursing intervention group, the success rate of esophageal symptoms patients has no significantly difference. However, the success rate of extraesophageal symptomsSpatients was significantly increased in behavioralSnursing intervention group. Conclusions Comparing with esophageal symptoms patients, theSsuccess rate of 24hSimpedance-PH monitoring was significantly decreased inSextraesophageal symptomsSpatients.
