| 【】 目的 探讨慢性鼻窦炎术后行鼻腔冲洗对鼻腔粘膜愈合情况的影响。 方法 选取2011年8月至2012年6月在我院接受手术治疗的182例慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,就年龄、性别、病情严重程度和术后是否行鼻腔换药4个因素,用Ordinal有序回归分析进行多因素分析。 结果 多因素分析结果表明,鼻腔冲洗(相关系数 1.83,95%置信区间 1.18~2.48)和病情严重程度(相关系数 1.24,95%置信区间 0.79~1.69)与鼻内镜术后鼻粘膜愈合效果相关。 结论 鼻腔冲洗提高了鼻窦炎内镜手术的治愈率,减少了术后不良反应。 |
