| 目的 在手术室护理教学实践中使用PDCA循环,使护生熟练掌握基础知识及手术护理技能,提高教学质量。方法 教学中参照PDCA循环法,将教学设计分为计划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Check)、总结处理(Action) 4个阶段。并将实施阶段分熟悉环境、集中授课、一对一带教、护理查房4个环节循环管理。结果 在手术室护理教学实践中应用PDCA循环后,所有参加培训的的护生操作考核的成绩均在90分以上,理论考核一次通过率达100%。通过应用PDCA方法带教手术室护生,有利于巩固和强化基本知识及技能。结论 PDCA循环是一种程序化、标准化、科学化的教学模式,能显著提高手术室护理教学效果。 |

| Objective Using the PDCA cycle in the nursing teaching practice of the operating room, which help students master the basic knowledge and surgical care skills, improve teaching quality. Methods According to the PDCA cycle, teaching is designed into four phase: Plan, Do, Check and Action. And The implementation phase is divided into four aspects of management cycle: familiar with the environment, one-to-one teaching, nursing rounds. Results After application of the PDCA cycle in the operating room nursing teaching practice, all students participating in training of operating assessment result in more than 90 points, the theory examination pass rate was 100%. The application of PDCA is conducive to the consolidation and strengthening of basic knowledge and skills. Conclusions The PDCA cycle is a programming, standardized and scientific mode of teaching which can significantly improve the effect of operating room nursing teaching. |
