| 目的：探讨综合性ICU低年资护士临床思维能力的培养方法及效果。方法：2012年6月-2013年6月选取在本院综合性ICU护士60名,随机分为两组,对照组给以常规进行ICU规范化培训一年；试验组在ICU的B区工作,在常规培训基础上,并给予临床思维能力培养一年。一年结束后,对两组人员进行客观评价和主观评价。结果：实验组护士临床思维能力较对照组有明显的提升,差异具有统计学意义(P |

| objective: to study the comprehensive training of ICU clinical thinking ability of junior nurses methods and effects.Methods: 6/2012 - 6/2013 select 60 in comprehensive ICU nurses, were divided into two groups, the control group given regular ICU standard training for a year;Pilot group working in the ICU in area b, in conventional training on the basis and clinical thinking ability training for a year.A year after the end of objective and subjective evaluations of the two groups.Results: the experimental group compared with the control group nurses " clinical thinking ability with significant gains, the difference statistically significant (P< em="">Conclusion: comprehensive ICU clinical thinking ability of junior nurses can improve seniority nurses " clinical thinking ability, thereby increasing their overall standard of care. |
