| Objective :To study the relationship between the emotional labor of practical nursing students" performance strategy and job burnout. It can offer a good way for a nurse during the internship period who can effectively solve the problem of excessive emotional labour result in burnout, making internship at a quasi-nurse professional identity, and reduce the rate of clinical nurses to change jobs.Methods: doing the Emotional Labour Scale,Job Burnout Scale survey from 180 nursing students.Results: The practical nursing students in the performance of Emotional Labour Strategy followed by the natural expression of (3.52 ± 0.56), deep performance (3.31 ± 0.48) and surface manifestations (2.74 ± 0.51); With protect old growth natural expression and a profound expression of an upward trend (P <0.01), surface performance is basically the same; job burnout performance of emotional exhaustion (3.19 ± 0.78), cynicism (2.92 ± 0.75) and a sense of achievement is low (3.18 ± 0.71); natural performance increase emotional exhaustion (P <0.01, P <0.05), a natural expression of deep performance can enhance job satisfaction (P <0.0l, P <0.05). |
