| 目的 探讨品管圈活动对SICU有创呼吸机辅助通气患者床头抬高依从性的影响。 方法 成立品管圈,确立“提高SICU有创呼吸机辅助通气患者床头抬高依从性”为活动主题,进行现状调查、要因分析、拟定对策、运用PDCA循环的原则进行对策的实施和效果核查、标准化处置等。 结果 实施品管圈活动后,SICU有创呼吸机辅助通气患者床头抬高的不合格率从69.1%下降至34.5%,目标达标率53.4% 结论 品管圈活动可提高SICU有创呼吸机辅助通气患者床头抬高依从性,有助于提高护士工作的主动性和临床解决问题的能力。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC) on improving the compliance of raising the head of a bed of patients having a respirator assisted ventilation of SICU . Methods We set up a quality control circle and established a theme of “improving the compliance of raising the head of a bed of patients having a respirator assisted ventilation of SICU”. We followed the steps of current status investigation, main causes analysis ,making proposed countermeasures,and countermeasures implementation ,supervision and standardization according to the PDCA principle. Results Not qualified rate of raising the head of a bed of patients having a respirator assisted ventilation of SICU declined from 69.1% to 34.5%, Target success rate is 53.4%. Conclusion QCC can improve the compliance of raising the head of a bed of patients having a respirator assisted ventilation of SICU , Improve working initiative and clinical problem solving skills of nurses. |
