| 目的 总结PDCA循环在PICC护理小组中的应用价值。方法 在应用PDCA循环前后分别采用自行设计问卷对随机抽取的519例PICC置管患者以及全院1300名护士进行置管质量反馈及PICC使用现状调查。结果 应用前患者总体满意度为58.9分；护士对PICC基础知识的掌握达标率为48.2%；对并发症的观察和正确处理达标率为39.6%；导管维护规范得达标率为47.3%；正确的健康教育达标率为63%。应用后患者总体满意度为94.8分；护士对PICC基础知识的掌握达标率为96.1%；对并发症的观察和正确处理达标率仅为94.5%；导管维护规范得达标率为95.4%；正确的健康教育达标率为93.9%。结论 PDCA循环有效保证了PICC技术的安全,提高了护理质量,增加患者满意度。值得管理者的借鉴。 |

| Objective Summarizing the value of PDCA cycle in the application of PICC’s nursing team. Methods Respectively before and after the application of PDCA circulation with self-designed questionnaire on a random sample of 519 patients with PICC catheter and the investigation of floor 1300 nurses’ quality feedback of using PICC catheter and current situation. Results Application before the patient"s overall satisfaction is 58.9; Grasping of the basic knowledge of PICC success rate is 48.2%; Observation of the complications and correct treatment success rate was 39.6%; Catheter maintenance specification success rate was 47.3%; The correct health education success rate was 63%. After the application of patients" overall satisfaction is 94.8 points; The nurse grasp of the basic knowledge of PICC success rate is 96.1%; Observation of the complications and correct treatment success rate was only 94.5%; Catheter maintenance specification success rate was 95.4%; The correct health education success rate was 93.9%. Conclusion PDCA cycle guarantee the safety of PICC’s technology effectively and improves the nursing quality, increase patient satisfaction. It’s worthy of reference for management. |
