| 目的 探讨“现状一背景一评估一建议”(SBAR)沟通方式作为标准化沟通方式在胸外科监护室患者转出交接中的应用效果。方法 2013年7月至2013年9月采用SBAR沟通方式,通过制订胸外科术后患者转运交接表格、标准化转出交接流程等措施,规范胸外科监护室患者的转出交接过程。结果 运用SBAR沟通方式后,术后患者转出交接的问题发生率显著下降(p<0.05),转运交接所需时间显著缩短(p<0.05),交接双方护理人员的满意度得分显著提高(p<0.05)。结论 运用SBAR沟通方式后,规范了患者转出交接流程,提高了护理工作效率,保证了患者安全和护理质量。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of the SBAR communication technique in patient hand-off from the thoracic surgery intensive care unit to thoracic surgery. Methods Using the SBAR communication technique,a hand-off checklist and standardized hand-off procedure for patients in the thoracic surgery intensive care unit were developed and applied．Results The t time of hand-off was significantly shorted(p<0.05) and the errors related to hand-off decreased from 17.32 percent to 6.96 percent. Moreover,the satisfaction of nurses significantly increased (p<0.05). Conclusion The application of SBAR communication technique can standardize the hand-off procedure for patients in the thoracic intensive care unit,improve work emergency and enhance patient safety and nursing quality． |
