| 目的 探讨某校高职护生中强化护理操作礼仪培训的效果。方法 针对某校护生对护理操作中护理礼仪教学需求，将护生必备的8大基础护理操作技能中隐含的护理礼仪进行细化和显性化，在常态教学的基础上对某校80名高职护生的护理操作礼仪进行针对性强化培训，通过调研和考核方式对比护生在培训前后的护理礼仪知识和应用水平差异，采用SPSS17．0统计软件进行数据处理。结果 培训后的护理理论知识、护理礼仪成绩均高于培训前的成绩，培训后的操作技能均低于培训前的成绩， 差异均具有统计学意义（P≤0.005）。结论 强化护理操作礼仪培训，规范了护生的护理操作，提升了护生的沟通能力、人文关怀、护士职业自豪感和审美情趣，使护生的综合应用能力得到了提高。 |

| Objectives To explore the effect of nursing etiquette training during the High vocational nursing students’ manipulation skills examination. Methods A self-designed questionnaire “the demands of nursing etiquette knowledge” was used to investigated high vocational nursing students，based on the results----“the demands of nursing etiquette knowledge during the high vocational nursing students’ manipulation skills, we refined nurse health essential of 8 big Foundation nursing operation skills in the implied of nursing etiquette , trained 80 high vocational nursing students, SPSS 17.0 was used to analysis the data of the changes of nursing etiquette knowledge. Results After Training , the scores of nursing theories and nursing etiquette knowledge were higher than before the training, the scores of nursing students’ manipulation skills are lower than before the training, the differences are statistically significant (p ≤a0.005) Conclusions Strengthening nursing etiquette training can regulate nursing care operation, improve nursing students ' communication ability, humanistic caring, professional pride and aesthetic, and improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students. |
