| 【摘要】目的 总结免气腹单孔腹腔镜保胆取石术的围手术期护理经验。
方法 术前对患者进行心理护理，术中积极配合完成手术，术后针对常见并发症进行护理，出院时对患者进行指导。
结果 免气腹单孔腹腔镜保胆取石术安全、可行。术后并发症发生率低，患者切口隐蔽、疼痛程度轻、胃肠蠕动功能恢复快，住院时间短。
结论 免气腹腹腔镜手术和单孔腹腔镜手术两种技术结合行保胆取石术，患者受益增加但手术难度明显增大，因此充分的术前准备、密切的术中配合、精心的术后护理等行之有效的护理措施是减少手术并发症、提高手术成功率的重要保证。 |

| 【Abstract】
0bjective: To discuss perioperative nursing of gasless laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy using single incision technique．
Methods: Psychological care was given to patients before they receive cholecystolithotomy. Active cooperation was given to complete the operation. Special care was taken to prevent general complications after surgery, and guidance was given to patients when they discharged from hospital.
Results：The gasless transumbilical single port cholecystolithotomy is safe and feasible．All stones were removed successfully．No postoperative complications such as bleeding or bile leakage occurred. The patients felt less pain and no analgesic drugs were used. There were no visible scars on the abdominal wall．
Conclusions：The gasless single-incision laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy was benefit to patients, but challenge to perform. Full preparation before operation, active cooperation during surgery and special care after surgery were important to reduce the complications and improve the successful rate. |
