| 【】 目的：探讨阴式子宫切除术+阴道封闭术围手术期中西医结合护理方法及相关技巧。 方法：将70例我院行阴式子宫切除术+阴道封闭术的患者分为中西医结合护理组和一般护理组。结果：两组比较,中西医结合护理组患者肠道功能恢复快、拔尿管早、住院时间短、术后并发症率低、患者满意率高,具有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论：中西医结合护理方法对于行阴式子宫切除术+阴道封闭术的患者有显著的益处,值得进一步推广和发展。 |

| Objective: To discuss the related methods and skills of integrated traditional Chinese nursing and western nursing for transvaginal hysterectomy plus colpocleisis during perioperative period. Methods: Seventy patients undergoing transvaginal hysterectomy plus colpocleisis were recruited in our hospital and then were divided into two groups: the integrated traditional Chinese nursing and western nursing group and the general nursing group. Results: Compared to the general nursing group, patients in the integrated traditional Chinese nursing and western nursing group had faster intestinal function recovery, earlier time for pulling out catheter, shorter period in the hospital, fewer complications after operation and more satisfactions. These differences had statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: The integrated traditional Chinese nursing and western nursing which is worth further developing and generalizing is beneficial for patients undergoing transvaginal hysterectomy plus colpocleisis. |
