| 本例小儿患先天性巨结肠,三年前于外院行巨结肠根治术,术后反复便秘两年余。此次入我院再次行巨结肠根治术,由于手术创伤及疾病本身因素,术后出现发热、电解质紊乱、低蛋白血症,肛门排便量多,营养不良等并发症,经过我们积极的心理护理,肠道准备,营养支持,术后的病情观察及皮肤护理,患者的病情得到有效的控制,最终好转出院。 |

| A 4 years old girl suffering from Hirschsprung"s disease had Soave surgery 3 years ago in other hospital, and 2 years of repeated constipation. She was then admitted to our hospital for radical operation. Due to the nature of this disease and serious surgical trauma, the patient had postoperative fever, electrolyte imbalance, hypoalbuminemia, large anal defecation volume, malnutrition and other complications. Through our aggressive psychological care, bowel preparation, nutritional support, postoperative observation and skin care, the patient"s condition has been effectively controlled, and finally improved and discharged. |
