| 摘要】目的：探讨将PBL教学法引入循证护理应用于眼耳鼻咽喉口腔科护理学中的效果。方法：选取2013年中医大三年级护生40例实验组，以2012年中医大三年级护生40例为对照组。对照组采用传统授课法，试验组采用将PBL导入循证护理教学法。结果：实验组护生理论总分高于对照组，具有统计学意义(P< 0. 05），实验组护生自评和教师评分均高于对照组（(P< 0. 001或P< 0. 05）。结论：PBL教学法引入循证护理教学法能激发学生的学习兴趣，强化学生学习效果，提升学生的思维创新能力和表达沟通能力等综合能力。 |

| Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning combined with evidence-based nursing in teaching for ENT nursing.Methods There are 40 cases of TCM nursing students ( grade 2013) were selected and divided into the experimental group and 40 cases of TCM nursing students ( grade 2012) were selected and divided into the control group.The control group applicate the traditional way of teaching and the experimental group applicate the teaching of problem-based learning combined with evidence-based nursing.Results The total score of theory examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P< 0. 05）.There were significant differences in the self-rating and teacher-rating results between the two groups（(P< 0. 001 or P< 0. 05）Conclusion The teaching method of problem-based learning combined with evidence-based nursing stimulate students' interest in learning，enhance students' learning effect,improve the students' comprehensive ability such as innovative thinking skills、communication skills and so on. |
