| 【】目的：探讨细节管理在护理质量监控中的作用。方法：选取2013年4月-2014年3月我院20个内科病房为对照组,采用常规管理方式监控护理质量,选取2013年4月-2014年3月我院15个外科病房为实验组,采用细节管理对护理质量进行监控。对两组的护理质量评分、患者满意度和护理不良事件发生率进行比较。结果：实验组各类护理质量评分均高于对照组,两组的患者满意度、患者投诉表扬次数和护理不良事件发生率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用细节管理监控护理质量能提升护理质量,提高患者满意度,减少临床护理不良发生率。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of details of management in nursing quality control. Methods 20 medical wards were set as the control group and 15 surgical wards were set as the study group from April 2013 to March 2014.The control group used the traditional management method to control the nursing quality. The study group used the details management method. The nursing quality score, patient satisfaction of the nursing and incidence of nursing adverse events were compared. Results The nursing quality scores of study group were higher than the control group,s .And patient satisfaction of the nursing, the number of patients complaints and praise, incidence of nursing adverse events were much better(P<0.05). Conclusion The details management method in nursing quality control could obviously improve the quality of care, reduced postoperative complications, reduce the incidence of adverse events. |
