| 【】S 目的：介绍各种膀胱冲洗导管的连接方法,减少污染患者被褥、衣物及工作人员的手,减少工作量。方法：将一次性尿袋的前段连接口剪下,前面部分直接连接双腔导尿管,后面部分连接盐水接头,盐水接头连接塑料三通管,三通管的一路直接连接膀胱冲洗的输液导管,一路连接一段无菌止血带,止血带的另一端连接导尿管。结果：此方法有效并方便,减少了反复更换的时间,减少了工作量,减少了污染,得到病人和医护人员的认可。结论：利用盐水接头,无菌止血带及三通管等材料制作适用于多种导管接口的膀胱冲洗方法,不仅可以减少污染患者被褥、衣物及工作人员的手,而且方便使用,减少了工作量。 |

| 【】Objective: To introduce various ways to connect bladder irrigating catheter, which can keep patients" clothing and bedding and medical personnel"s hands from contamination, and can reduce the workload. Methods: We cut off the frontal connector of the urine bag, connected the forepart directly to the double-lumen catheter, while the rearward was connected to a physiological saline connector, which then was connected to a plastic three-limb tube. One limb would be connected to the tubing for bladder irrigation; the other limb was connected to a aseptic tourniquet, the other end of which was connected to the catheter. Results: We found this was an effective and convenient way, which could save time as well as reduce the workload, and lower the chances of contamination. So this new practice was approved by the patients and medical personnel. Conclusion: It is convenient to make use of physiological saline connector, aseptic tourniquet and three-limb tube on bladder irrigation according to the way we practiced, also it can keep patients" clothing and bedding as well as medical personnel"s hands from contamination, at the same time reduce the workload. |
