| 目的探讨术前眼位训练对结膜松弛症手术治疗疗效及预后的作用 方法 眼位训练组术前进行专门的眼位训练，对照组给予常规术前宣教，观察术中每眼调整眼位次数、手术时间、术后并发症情况 结果 眼位训练组手术并发症比对照组低,术中调整眼位次数明显少于对照组，手术时间小于对照组 结论 术前眼位训练对手术过程中患者的手术配合有明显作用。 |

| Objective: To study how the exercise of eye movement prior to surgery will affect the therapeutic effect on the treatment of conjunctivochalasis.
Method:Patients in the intervened group moved their eyes in accordance with special standard, whereas patients in the control group are not intervened with a special eye movement but with a routine education.Adjustment times of eye gaze, surgical times, and complications were observed to evaluate the exercise of eye movement.
Results: Both surgical time and adjustment times of eye gaze in the intervened group, as well as the complications, were less than that in the control group.
Conclusion: Exercise of eye movement can help in the patients’ cooperation with the doctor during the surgery of conjunctivochalasis. |
