| 【】目的：调查影响胶质瘤术后患者生存质量的相关因素,以提高胶质瘤术后患者的生活质量。方法：采用随机抽样的方法选取病房或门诊的胶质瘤术后患者60人,采用研究者自行设计的患者一般情况调查表以及生存质量评定量表—简表进行调查研究。结果：胶质瘤术后患者在生理、心理、社会关系以及环境4个领域的得分均显著低于我国常模。其中年龄、文化程度、经济收入等因素对胶质瘤术后患者的生存质量均有影响。结论：胶质瘤术后患者的生存质量较差,应采取措施了解胶质瘤术后患者的生活质量,探讨影响胶质瘤术后患者生活质量的相关因素,并未护理人员制定健康教育计划提供依据。 |

| 【】Objective：Investigate the related factors affecting the quality of postoperative survival in patients with glioma,in order to improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with gliomas. Methods: To select 60 glioma patients in clinic or ward by using random sampling method, using patient general condition questionnaire designed by the researchers as well as the quality of life rating scale - short for survey research. Results: Gliomas after surgery in patients with physical, psychological, social relations and environmental four domain scores were significantly lower than the norm in our country. Including age, culture degree, income and other factors all affect the quality of postoperative survival of patients with glioma. Conclusions: Glioma postoperative survival in patients with poor quality of life, measures should be taken to understand the glioma patients with postoperative quality of life, discuss the factors involved in glioma patients with postoperative quality of life, to provide evidence for health education plan. |
