| ［］Objective：This paper investigates the application effect of the quality control circle about improving control rate of interdialytic weight gain. Methods: The circle consists of 4 dialysis nurses, “Improving interdialytic weight gain control rate”as the theme, Analyzing the patients whose interdialytic weight gain more than 5%, we take methods to intervene. Results: The incidence rate of patients whose interdialytic weight gain more than 5% decreases from 31% to 18%, weight control rate is significantly increased. Conclusion: Carrying out the quality control circle improves not only the control rate of weight gain but also teamwork and quality management. |
