| 【摘要】目的 探讨护理干预对原发性高血压合并缺血性脑卒中患者行降压治疗的预后影响。方法 将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，在给予抗血小板聚集、降低颅内压、促进脑功能恢复和药物降压治疗的基础上，对照组给予常规的护理，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予综合全面的护理干预，主要包括心理护理、生活和饮食习惯护理、康复护理和健康教育。结果 经过2个月护理干预后，两组均有一定程度的改善，治疗组的血压、神经功能缺损NIHSS评分、胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的水平显著低于对照组，总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预对改善原发性高血压合并缺血性脑卒中患者的预后具有显著的效果，值得临床推广使用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prognosis effects of nursing intervention about antihypertensive treatment on primary hypertension patients complicated with cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods The patients were divided as therapy group and control group randomly. On the basis of treatment including anti-platelet aggregation, reducing intracranial pressure and brain function improvement, the control group was given usual care, the therapy group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, including psychological nursing, life and diet nursing, rehabilitation nursing and health education. Results After 2 months therapy, the NIHSS scores of neurologic impairment, the levels of blood pressure, TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly decreased than the control group, the total effective rate were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the prognosis of primary hypertension patients complicated with cerebral ischemic stroke and it’s worthy to be widely spread in clinical condition. |
