| 目的 探讨整体护理干预对预防食管癌术后呼吸系统并发症的疗效。 方法 选择自2009年7月至2013年9月期间的食管癌手术病例302例,依照术后呼吸系统并发症的危险因素将高危患者分为干预组,其余为对照组。对照组按照食管癌手术的护理常规进行护理。对于干预组患者,采取有针对性的整体护理干预计划。比较两组间术后各项呼吸系统并发症的发生情况。 结果 术后总体呼吸系统并发症发生率9.6%,其中干预组10.2%,对照组8.7%,P＞0.05。干预组中肺部感染、肺不张和呼吸功能衰竭的发生率分别为10.2%、1.6%和1.1%,而对照组中分别为8.7%、0.9%和0,P值均大于0.05。 结论 具有针对性的整体护理干预计划能有效地减少食管癌术后呼吸系统并发症的发生。 |

| Objective: To evaluated the role of holistic nursing care in the prevention of respiratory complications after esophagectomy for cancer. Method: Three hundred and two cases of esophageal cancer from the period of July 2009 and September 2013 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to the risk factors of postoperative respiratory complications. The control group received routine nursing care, the intervention group undertook holistic nursing care. Postoperative respiratory complications were compared between the two groups. Results: There was a 9.6% postoperative respiratory complications in general, and 10.2% in the intervention group, 8.7% in the control group, P＞0.05. The incidence of pulmonary infection, atelectasis and respiratory failure were 10.2%、1.6% and 1.1% respectively in the intervention group, and 8.7%、0.9% and 0 in the control group respectively, P＞0.05. Conclusion: Holistic nursing care is effective in reducing respiratory complications after esophagectomy for cancer. |
