| 摘要：目的 探讨大容量便携式采血盒的制作及应用。方法 选择2013年8月至2013年12月呼吸科住院病人早晨采血128例患者纳入观察组，采用医用大容量便携式采血盒放置采血管；2013年3月至2013年7月呼吸科住院病人早晨采血的患者134例纳入对照组，采用传统试管架放置采血管。结果医用大容量便携式采血盒放置采血管数量多、容量大，发生取错试管差错率及试管破裂率明显低于传统的采血试管架。结论采用医用大容量便携式采血盒放置采血管便于携带、核对、护理安全性高。此大容量便携式采血盒已获得临床实用新型专利（专利号：201320365748.2）。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the effect of large-capacity portable blood collection boxes in a large cohort of hospitalized patients. Methods: 128 consecutive patients were recruited into the observation group, using the large-capacity portable blood collection boxes; 134 consecutive patients were recruited into the control group, using traditional blood collection test-tube racks. Results: Large capacity portable blood collection boxes provided more place for blood collection tubes. The error rate of tubes placing and the rate of tubes rupturing with large-capacity portable blood collection boxes were significantly lower than the traditional blood collection test-tube racks, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: The using of large-capacity portable blood collection boxes is more convenient to carry around, and more safe for checking. This product has obtained utility model patent (No: 201320365748.2). |
