| 目的 通过调查急诊预检分诊情况,分析影响预检退号率的原因,提出干预和防防范措。方法 回顾性分析2013年1-12月上海市复旦大学附属金山医院急诊分诊情况,计算预检退号率,分析影响预检退号率的原因。结果 1-12月急诊就诊人数共144309例,其中退号人数3292例,预检退号率为2.28%。护理干预 急诊预检分诊的退号率与很多因素有关,通过制定提高护士专业水平、急诊分诊标准的制定和实施、实施弹性排班、加强护士的责任心、坚持看见病人才挂号、提高预检分诊准确性、提高沟通技巧等干预措施,提高预检分诊准确性,减少退号率,保证病人就诊安全,减少护患矛盾,提高病人的满意度。 |

| Objective To analyze the factor of affecting the refund rate of emergency call register and to study the strategy in improving the rate of accuracy. Methods Analyze the emergency call register of Jinshan Hospital, Fudan University from January to December in 2013, and calculate the rate of emergency call register. Results There are 144309 emergency patients from January to December, the refund rate is 2.28% . Conclusion We must try to find out the problems in emergency call register and the solutions to these problems in the improvement of the accuracy rate, and decrease refund rate, in order to make sure the safety of the emergency patients and to save the valuable time of critically ill patients, and improve patient satisfaction. |
