| 论文：目的：探讨大出血病人术后PACU中的临床护理方法及其护理的临床效果。方法：对我院2013年1月一2013年12月间的71例大出血患者术后PACU的临床及护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果：71例患者通过精心的观察与护理后均能得到有效的治疗并痊愈出院，随访1月未见并发症。结论：大出血病人术后PACU中行精心的护理、密切观察、及时发现和采取积极有效的处理措施是协助临床治疗大出血的有力法宝，能积极预防和纠正各种并发症的发生，提高抢救的成功率。 |

| To investigate the methods of nursing care and the efficiency of clinical intervention to surgical patients with hemorrhoea in PACU. Methods: Retrospective analysis of data of 71 surgical patients with hemorrhoea who hospitalized from January 2013 to December 2013was carried on. Results: Through close monitoring and careful nursing care, all 71 patients were effectively treated and discharged from hospital. No complications were found after one-month follow-up. Conclusion: To surgical patients with hemorrhoea in PACU, elaborative care, close monitoring, prompt detection and taking positive and effective nursing measures are magic weapons to clinical treatments, it can prevent and correct a variety of complications and improve the success rate of rescue. |
