| 【】目的 了解上海市社区空巢老人的社会支持状况及其影响因素,为政府有关部门完善相关政策提供依据。方法 应用肖水源的“社会支持评定量表”、老年抑郁量表、孤独量表等测量工具对212名社区空巢老人社会支持状况进行分析研究。结果 经单因素分析,年龄大、无配偶、文化程度低、独居、无子女、参加体育锻炼频率低、自我健康评价低者其社会支持低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。性别、经济收入、一年内是否住院与与社会支持在统计学上无差异(P>0.05)。经逐步多元线性回归分析,影响社区空巢老人社会支持总分的主要因素有年龄、有无配偶、居住状况、有无子女、体育活动频率、腰臀比(p<0.05)。相关性分析发现,社区空巢老人抑郁分值、孤独分值与客观支持、主观支持、对社会支持利用度、社会支持总分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 影响社区空巢老人社会支持的因素众多,社会及家庭应予以关注,尤其是高龄、无配偶、无子女、文化程度低的空巢老人,为其建立完善的社会支持网络,共同为老年人营造幸福安康的生活环境,以提高其生命质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the social supports of empty nest elderly in community and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for administration．Methods A set of questionnaires,including general information questionnaire,Social Support Rate Scale,Geriatric Depression Scale and Loneliness Scale were sent to 212 empty nest elders in community. Results The single factor statistical analysis showed that the aged,no spouse, lower literacy, living alone,no child, lower physical activity frequency and lower self-assessment of health condition have worse social supports(p<0.05). There were no significant differences in social supportive scores in empty nest elders with different gender, family income, hospitalization in a year.(p>0.05).The multivariate statistical analysis showed that the social supports of the aged was mainly influenced by age,marriage, living status,having chidren or not,physical activity frequency, waist-to-hipratio(p<0.05) . The depression and loneliness of the aged were closely related to subjective support, objective support ,utilization of support,and total score of social support(P<0.01) Conclusion Multiple factors may influence the social supports of elderly．The society and family should concern it,especialy for those with aging, no spouse,no child and low literacy and set up a perfect social support system,happy life environment for improving their quality of life． |
