| 目的 满足社区肿瘤患者PICC维护需求,降低医疗成本。 方法 采用自制问卷调查,并对维护患者的需求、认知情况以及发生费用进行统计。结果 显示干预后PICC管患者的认知状况回答正确率明显高于干预前水平,差别有非常显著性(P<0.01)。显示干预后PICC管患者在交通时间、维护费用及交通费用方面明显低于干预前水平,差别有非常显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 PICC导管维护在社区值得推广应用。 |

| objective: to satisfy the need of PICC maintenance of the tumor patients in the community and reduce the medical cost. Methods: The random sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on the selected patients about their need, related knowledge of PICC maintenance and cost. Result: the result turns out to be that the interposed PICC tumor patients prove out to provide far more accurate response to those who are not interposed (P<0.01); and the former have less time for transport, maintenance and transport fee than the latter(P<0.05). conclusion: the PICC maintenance worth popularizing in the community. |
