| 【】 目的 探讨小组合作学习法在神经外科低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法 培训对象 ：2013年01月到2013年12月科内所有低年资护士。培训方法：采取小组合作学习法进行专科培训。培训内容：神经外科护士职业行为规范及“爱伤”理念、神经外科常见疾病护理常规及操作规范、专科护理风险预案、神经科急救技能、病情观察技巧、沟通技巧、突发事件的处理等。考核指标：护理部及科内各项质控检查结果、专科理论及操作考核成绩、病人满意率、医生满意率、护理不良事件发生率。结果 护士的专科理论及及实践水平、护理工作质量、病人及医生满意率提高、护理不良事件发生率明显下降。结论 采取小组合作学习法对神经外科低年资护士进行规范化培训,提高了低年资护士综合素质及护理工作质量,保证了护理安全,使病人得到优质、连续、高效的护理。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the effect of application of the group cooperative learning method in the training of junior nurses in Department of Neurosurgery. Methods The training object: January 2013 to December 2013 all junior nurses in Department of Neurosurgery. The training methods:Take the methods of the group cooperative learning for specialized training. The training content: Department of Neurosurgery nurse occupation behavior norms and "Love" philosophy , nursing routines and operation standards of common diseases in Department of Neurosurgery , professional nursing risk plan , neurological emergency skills , observation skills, communication skills , emergency treatments and so on . Evaluation indexes: all quality inspection results of the Nursing Department and Neurosurgery , professional theories and operation test scores , the rates of patients satisfaction , the rates of physicians satisfaction , the incidences of nursing adverse events. Results the nurse professional theories and practice levels, qualities of the nursing, patients and physicians satisfaction rates have improved significantly , the incidences of nursing adverse events have obviously decreased. Conclusion Taking the the group cooperative learning methods for standardized training of junior nurses in Department of Neurosurgery , improves the comprehensive quality of junior nurses and nursing quality,ensures the safety of nursing,makes the patients receive high quality nursing care, continuous nursing, effective nursing. |
