| 【】 目的 探讨护理干预对性发育异常患者心境状态的影响。 方法 选取80例性腺疾病患者,分别于入院及出院时对其症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,住院期间除给予常规的治疗护理外,还给予针对性心理疏导和认知干预,比较分析护理干预前后患者心境状态变化。 结果 患者经护理干预后各心境状态因子较干预前均显著改善。 结论 有效护理干预可提高发育异常患者心理健康水平,增加患者依从性,进而增强患者自信心及社会认同感。 |

| 【】Objective: To investigate the nursing intervention’s impact on the mood state of patients with disorders of sex development. Methods: 80 patients with disorders of sex development were recruited and received questionnaire surveys by self-reporting inventory(SCL-90). In addition, the patients received psychological counseling and cognitive intervention besides routine nursing care. Then the changes of the mood state before and after nursing intervention were analyzed. Results: The mood state was significantly improved after nursing intervention in the patients . |
